Scott Stankey is the President of Resonate Homes. An education in Mechanical Engineering led him into the construction management world at an oil refinery. Having a deep interest in architecture and design, Scott jumped from the industrial world to that of custom homes in 1998. With a passion for building, he spent over two decades working for one of the premier builders in the Twin Cities area, Choice Wood Company. Deciding to forge out on his own, Scott founded Resonate Homes in the fall of 2018. With 20+ years in the industry, he has seen just about every iteration of custom home building and remodeling. From small bath & kitchen facelifts to major expansions, extensive condo renovations to multi-million dollar new homes, Scott has experience managing projects at every level, all boasting unique architectural design. In his free time, he spends time with his wife, Krista, and children, Aaron and Leah. He is also an avid downhill skier, adventure motorcyclist, and general lover of the outdoors.
